Marcelo founded Ecosave Pty Ltd in 2002 and over the last 17 years has grown it into an industry leading energy and water services company. Establishing his first business at the age of 21, he has more than 25 years of experience in leading people and companies, including as a business turnaround specialist working for a corporate training multinational.
Marcelo’s focus is on sales management, financial and corporate training and development. His vision is to ensure that Ecosave continues growing profitably to become the first global energy services company to offer every piece of the energy services puzzle.
Ajay serves as Dilworth Paxson’s Chairman and CEO, as the Managing Partner of 215 Capital, a venture fund, and as the Chairman of Indigo Global, an executive-in-residence consulting firm. He, along with his wife Pamela, also serve the philanthropic interests of the Greater Philadelphia region, through the Raju Foundation, as reform activists and social entrepreneurs. The Raju Foundation’s initiatives include the Philadelphia Citizen, a solutions-based journalism project, and the Germination Project, a long-term leadership incubator, both of which Ajay serves as chairman.
A sought-after thought leader, Ajay appears as a regular on Inside Story, a Sunday-morning news and roundtable debate show which airs on ABC’s WPVI station serving the Greater Philadelphia market. He also serves the Greater Philadelphia region through board service for various business, education, and arts and culture organizations, including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
Andy has over 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing roles with a particular focus on the development, implementation and enablement of CRM, database marketing and lead generation strategies.
Having held several marketing strategy and consulting positions for global organizations such as Ogilvy & Mather, Andy has consulted at an executive level across many local and multi national businesses, focusing on helping them generate leads and drive client engagement through database and content–driven marketing.
Andy has also held General Management roles across data, marketing and consulting businesses, and is currently Chief Operating Officer of a mid stage ASX-listed digital start-up.
Mike Dubin is an accomplished Senior Executive, CPA, Independent Consultant, Advisor, and Thought Leader with 40 years of experience and success in the financial services, banking, manufacturing, distribution, business and professional services, technology, and retail industries. Leveraging extensive experience with financial services, financial management, business analysis, and revenue growth, Mike is a valuable asset for companies seeking guidance on growth, financial compliance, business management and analysis, leadership, and profit optimization.
His greatest areas of expertise and experience include board governance, audit committees, regulatory compliance, banking, finance, insurance, broker-dealers, RIAs, mortgage and leasing companies, other financial services companies, SEC financial reporting and other financial management matters.
Mike obtained a BS in Economics (magna cum laude) from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is a CPA in Pennsylvania, and regularly participates in ongoing executive education and training programs.
Monty Bannerman, who founded ArcStar Energy in 2007, is a 30-year veteran technology executive who has been introducing advanced power and communications infrastructure and services to domestic and foreign markets throughout his career. He has extensive experience in advising, starting and leading private and public companies including multiple associated M&A transactions.
Monty’s background includes over 15 years in senior management at the BCE group of companies including Bell Canada International, the management consulting, engineering and project management arm of the corporation. While with BCI his primary role was the introduction and implementation of new national-scale business models based on distributed power and telecommunications networks to governments, telecom carriers, militaries and major corporations in over 40 deregulating markets around the world.
He is a graduate in Business Administration & Finance from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario, Canada and extensive post-graduate training by Bell Labs.
Nate Rolfe is the Chief Financial Officer at Ecosave. He has 17 years of finance and accounting experience within the energy sector as well as public accounting. Nate joined the organization after spending six years as CFO for a U.S. subsidiary of a publicly traded Belgian Company that designs, fabricates, and installs air pollution control equipment for power plants, oil refineries, and other heavy industries.
Prior to that, Nate held increasing roles of responsibilities within the finance group of the 2nd largest global wind turbine manufacturer’s U.S. operations which included construction, manufacturing, and wind farm development.
In his most recent role as CFO, Nate led the process to successfully divest $30million subsidiary of U.S. group to strategic buyer. Nate was also one of the key finance leads on an approximate $800 million sale of a wind farm asset portfolio which included both strategic purchaser as well as tax equity investor.
Nate holds a BS in business management and a Master of accounting from North Carolina State University. He is also a CPA.
Mr. Steven B. Atlass, serves as a Managing Member of the Cambridge Management Companies. Mr. Atlass founded the Cambridge Companies, located in Radnor, PA in 1999. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Atlass served as the President of First Finance Corporation, funding the construction and housing development of inner city Philadelphia.
Mr. Atlass is a centerpiece of the Philadelphia region’s financial and investment community. He serves as the Co-Chairman of Hyperion Bank. Prior to his tenure at First Finance, he served as Chairman of the Board for the First Bank of Philadelphia, a publicly traded commercial bank in Philadelphia, PA. He serves as a Board Member of Specialty Surfaces International, Inc.
A philanthropist and active community member, he is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute and Chairman of the Abramson Cancer Center Development Council at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Atlass has a B.S. from Elmira College.
