Kevin is Chief Executive Officer of Ecosave, a purpose-built energy-as-a-service company focused on minimizing energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions in commercial and industrial properties. Under Kevin’s leadership, Ecosave works alongside clients to develop, implement, fund and maintain tailored energy efficiency and technology solutions. More recently, Kevin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of SitelogIQ. Before then, he served in numerous roles at Honeywell over a 30-year career, including as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Managing Director of the Energy Services Group.

Bretton DeNomme has spent over two decades serving Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional customers with the end goal of dramatically reducing utility expenditure, while increasing reliability and efficiency. As Chief Growth Officer, Bretton’s mission is to provide Ecosave’s clients with robust solutions that positively impact their bottom line while working to secure and improve their facilities and systems for the future. As part of the broader Ecosave Executive Team, Bretton leads with passion and purpose – and is steadfast in his belief that the ‘way you do anything is how you do everything.’ A retired United States Marine Corps Officer, Bretton also holds professional certifications, including Certified Energy Procurement Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers.

As Chief Financial Officer, Patrick’s focus is on Finance as a partner and driver to the business, implementing financial best practices, strengthening internal controls, and building scalable accounting and reporting infrastructure. In addition, Patrick enhances financial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and governance to support Ecosave’s growth objectives.

George is dedicated to ensuring Ecosave’s legal framework supports its mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. With a proven track record of providing strategic legal counsel for scalable growth, George leads Ecosave’s legal department, overseeing commercial contracting, company-wide compliance and risk management, corporate governance, and intellectual property. George also oversees Ecosave’s HR function, guiding talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture (“One Team Culture”). His guidance ensures that the company navigates complex legal landscapes with integrity and precision. George collaborates across the company’s various departments to safeguard Ecosave’s initiatives, enabling Ecosave’s customers to implement energy-saving measures seamlessly and responsibly.

Kevin Keenan serves as the Vice President of Engineering, leveraging his expertise in energy management and sustainability to drive impactful solutions for clients. With a strong technical and business background, he focuses on reducing energy consumption while optimizing operational costs. Under his leadership, Ecosave delivers innovative projects that create low-carbon buildings, enhance asset value, and improve tenant comfort. Kevin holds multiple industry certifications, including PE, MBA, CEM, and LEED AP, reflecting his commitment to excellence in engineering and energy efficiency.

As a skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, Arjun heads the project operations division at Ecosave. With a clear vision and a commitment to excellence, Arjun and his team consistently develop and champion solutions that are both environmentally sound and economically viable. His contribution has been instrumental in delivering a wide-ranging portfolio of successful projects.

Jay is an experienced energy services professional with a strong track record in optimizing building operations through innovative technology. With a deep understanding of smart technologies and IoT devices, Jay is dedicated to enhancing tenant experiences while significantly cutting operational costs. Specializing in the intersection of energy management and artificial intelligence, Jay has successfully minimized energy expenses and reduced emissions across diverse property portfolios. His hands-on approach helps clients navigate the complexities of utility and building management, ensuring their operations are efficient, sustainable, and profitable.

Rachel Davey is a seasoned energy sector professional with over a decade of experience at Ecosave, where she has contributed across a wide range of the company’s service offerings. As Senior Director of Sales Operations, Rachel leads cross-functional collaboration to design and implement solutions that support clients in achieving their energy efficiency, cost reduction, decarbonization, and financial objectives. With a strong background in contracting and project finance, Rachel has a proven track record of designing effective commercial structures that address today’s energy challenges. She has delivered results across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial markets, consistently driving impactful carbon reduction outcomes.

As the Director of Marketing, Rachel brings 10+ years of experience building and scaling global brands, including expertise in the payments and fintech industry. She has led high-impact initiatives across brand development, digital campaigns, product marketing, and go-to-market, consistently driving brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. With a strong foundation in both creative design and digital marketing, she specializes in developing integrated marketing strategies that blend compelling storytelling with data-driven performance. Rachel is passionate about creating marketing that not only looks great but performs delivering measurable results while building meaningful connections.

As Key Accounts Manager, Ericka supports the Chief Growth Officer by driving strategic account initiatives and advancing Ecosave’s growth objectives. By collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, she ensures key opportunities are prioritized and customer strategies align with business goals. With 12+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations, she serves as the liaison between Ecosave’s key departments to strengthen client relationships, accelerate growth, and improve operational execution.

Laura is a Project Coordinator on the Energy Efficiency Construction team. As a Certified Associate Project Manager, she has experience working on a variety of projects and brings process optimization to the team. She assists the project management team with delivering projects using the correct process and procedure, performs financial analysis and reporting, and works to troubleshoot technical difficulties along the way. She is vital in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly for all.

Gilbert is a Senior Business Development Manager at Ecosave, dedicated to helping clients navigate their path to net-zero while optimizing energy efficiency and cost savings. With over a decade of experience in the energy industry, he specializes in simplifying complex strategies into actionable solutions that drive sustainability and operational success. Passionate about exceeding client expectations, Gilbert partners with organizations to develop tailored energy roadmaps that align with their goals and regulatory requirements. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his fluffy companion, Teddy.

With over a decade of experience in energy efficiency and sustainability, Lisa has collaborated with clients nationwide to implement impactful energy efficiency measures and renewable energy upgrades. As Senior Business Development Manager, Lisa delivers energy solutions that not only meet operational goals but also adhere to Local Law compliance. Lisa is passionate about bringing innovative funding options to her clients and forging new relationships to contribute to the shared mission of driving energy efficiency for our environment.
