Marcelo Rouco
In 2002, Marcelo founded Ecosave to minimize building greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impacts of climate change. From its inception, Ecosave has generated cash flow positivity for clients through energy efficiency projects using product-agnostic engineering and technology solutions. With Ecosave’s growth came the development of an off-balance sheet funding model to enable clients to address capital-intensive infrastructure needs without incurring capital expenditure or debt. More than two decades later — Marcelo and Ecosave have delivered energy savings and clean energy generation projects at more than 3,500 sites.
