Comcast Center achieves 26% Energy savings with EcosaveWatch
Ecosave began working with Liberty Property Trust (LPT) at the Comcast Tower in August 2014. Since then, Ecosave has provided LPT with continuous commissioning, energy performance management, and tenant billing, powered by EcosaveWatch – a powerful analytics software platform with a dedicated team of engineers and sustainability specialists.
This 1.4million square foot building has achieved 25.9% energy savings equating to $1.1 million per year in energy cost savings.
To achieve these savings, Ecosave deployed the following services:
- EcosaveWatch Portal provides analytics, tenant billing and EPA Energy Star services
- Monthly reporting and meetings that deliver energy savings recommendations
- Work with building operators and service providers to implement energy conservation measures, including advanced control sequences and commissioning
- Cost-effective tenant billing on over 500 on-site utility meters
- Advanced control strategies and sequences of operation for the HVAC
- Monthly meetings to review analytic reports and recommendations
