Challenge
Challenge
ROSH was operating with aging HVAC, lighting and control systems that increased energy use, operating costs and the risk of equipment failure. The local facility needed system upgrades that could be implemented without disrupting patient care while improving reliability, efficiency and overall performance of its heating and cooling systems throughout the facility.

Solution
Solution
Ecosave worked with ROSH to upgrade various building systems to improve performance and reduce energy use. The project included replacing outdated lighting with LED fixtures and occupancy sensors, as well as improving controls for HVAC, air handling units, boilers and pumping systems. Specialized areas, such as the CyberKnife suite, were adjusted to run only when needed. All systems were tied into the building automation system and monitored to ensure they operated as intended. Using Ecosave energy management platforms reduced waste, improved reliability and produced stronger savings than making individual upgrades separately.
